Terms & Conditions

1. Electricity is required at the property to enable services to be carried out.
2. Our 7 day guarantee includes one free call out on presentation of the Property Manager’s exit report. A call out fee of $99 applies thereafter.
3. The property is required to be left empty and in an average leaving condition, otherwise additional charges may apply.
4. If less than 48 hours notice is provided for a cancellation there will be a 30% cancellation fee payable.
5. Full payment is preferred on booking, or alternatively the day of service before work commences (excluding account customers).

Really Cheap Bond Cleaning reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions as and when required.
